February Photo A Day Challenge ~ Feb. 29 “Leap Year (Anything that you want)”

Because I felt pretty today, I decided to make ‘anything that you want’ an OOTD and NOTD. We have this dress promo thing at work, so we’re asked to wear dresses. Amazingly I survived this morning, after missing my bus and having to super walk to work.
